1. Click the ‘Login’ button.

2. Select ‘Forgot password?’

3. Enter your email address and select the ‘Send Reset Link’ button.

4. Follow the instructions provided.

5. Locate your email from the PerformaTV-powered website. Please check your ‘Junk’ folder if it is not in your ‘Inbox’. Click on the link in the email to direct you to reset your password.

6. You will be directed to the New Password page. Enter your new password. Click on "Confirm New Password" and you will be directed back to the Login page and you can enter your email along with your new password to get access to your account.
