If the problem is due to the source of the broadcast then you may be eligible for a refund from the club or sporting organisation who is putting their stream out through their PerformaTV-powered Channel. The most likely cause of source failure or interruption is the internet upload speed and its stability at the venue.
If you purchase the stream and you do not support the minimum requirements (as stated on sign-up) and you've confirmed that your browser/device supports our video player (by checking the checkbox before purchasing), you will not be entitled to a refund.
Please note all refunds will be at the discretion of the club or sporting organisation that is broadcasting the stream.
